XO, the $100 laptop is finally a reality, being built and shipped

The OLPC (1-laptop-per-child) campaign is already producing the $100 laptop and shipping them to Uruguay as the first recipient country.

The Give 1 Get 1 option starts on November 12th, when I will most likely get one and give one myself. The costs for this bundle are $399, including shipping both ends.
